    I am getting permanently banned for Rank Scamming Fly so I think I should get my money for my rank back because that was 2 weeks allowance and I saved up for it

    Items purchased from the Cyclone Network store are non-refundable so we are unable to refund you. These purchases are considered 'Donations' therefore do not require the player recieving any perks.

    You will not get a refund, as stated in the Terms and Conditions, and what Rectangle said, they are donations, and will NOT be refunded.
